Dr. Alison French with a black catAlison French, DVM, is a Rhinelander native. She graduated from UW-Madison School of Veterinary Medicine in 1999. After three years of small animal practice in Stoughton, she returned to Rhinelander and the Boyd Animal Hospital. She and husband Michael purchased the clinic in 2003 and added the Eagle River location in 2011. Besides providing high quality medicine to her patients, she really enjoys doing surgery. She is always up for a challenge and loves it when a beloved pet benefits from her medical or surgical skills. She loves spending her spare time with her two children and husband. She has found a new love for driving her pony in a cart and you may catch her driving down the road. She is also a proud hockey mom for both her son and daughter.
